In Geek We Trust 2.0

Picking up from the first season, protagonist Yip Nim-shun (Ah Shun)’s startup PayPayDuck (PPD) has expanded rapidly four years later, evolving from a saviour of overworked employees into a company involved in NFTs, the metaverse, and Web3. As the company goes public and its reach grows, Ah Shun gradually drifts away from his original ideals. His involvement in excessive hype and controversy even leads outsiders to mock him as "Shun Dog" and a "con artist of the century." Facing challenges such as AI George surpassing human intelligence, internal cultural conflicts, and various crises, the members of PPD ultimately choose their own paths to seek a balance between technology and humanity.
