Return Policy – Jeffrey Ngai Club

1. General
This Return Policy applies only to merchandise purchased from the Jeffrey Ngai Club online shop. Membership fees are non‑refundable.

‍2. Returns & Exchanges
‍You may return unused, undamaged, and unwashed merchandise within 14 days from the date you receive the item(s).Exchanges for a different size or defective item are accepted within the same period, subject to stock availability.Final sale items (e.g., signed items, limited editions, face masks, undergarments, digital goods) are non‑returnable.

‍3. Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at jeffreyngaiclub@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide a return address.You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

‍4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 14 business days.Shipping fees are non‑refundable.

‍5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos showing the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.
