Across Asia, a mysterious assassin organization operates in secret, hiding its safe houses for killers within noodle shops tucked away in bustling cities. Assassin No. 4 (Jeffrey Ngai), who lost his parents at a young age and grew up in a noodle shop, is sent to Japan on an assassination mission targeting a gang leader.
